Goreczny, 101, formerly of Oil City, PA., passed away peacefully Feb. 22, 2023 at Brevillier Village in Harborcreek, PA after having spent the evening, throughout the night, and into William W. Kapp, 91, of Oil City and formerly of Shippenville passed away Monday Feb. 20, 2023 at UPMC-NW in Seneca.
